Will this make me '' Muscle Bound''?

a) NO, the term ''Muscle Bound''  is a fallacy, by it's very nature the lifting  of weight (resistance training) promotes flexibility. 

b) No, even if being ''Muscle Bound'' was possible the amount of time one would have to do is huge. 

c) No, we are training the growth of STRENGTH not MASS.

I'm a female, will I become ''muscular' looking.?

a) again NO, to become muscular you need the correct training, and a specialized diet plan. 

b) No, there is 'toning' of the body, The body will become more tone, firmer.

c) No, as the body strength rebuilds there can be a expected increase of weight, (muscle is heavier than fat).

How is Stroke Strengthening different?                                                                                                       a) Yes, training is different to normal Strengthening.                                                                                                                    b) Remember, exercises aren’t meant for just moving your arms and legs. There is repetition after repetition .                 The exercises are different in processing, as is the focus.                                                                                                    c) Different area's of the body are treated  differently.

Is there a risk involved?

a) Yes there is, exercise increases ''blood pressure''.

b) Yes, with any form of strength training there is an element of risk for everyone.

c) Yes, make certain you discuss this with your Doctor prior to training .
