We spend the day consuming our life without thought. Did you think about 'today' ? Lets make today a item YOU own, cause you do own your day.
Now grab a blank piece of paper, a pen and put them beside your bed. Do it now or it will be forgotten.
When you go to bed, write down - 'today was good' that's it! nothing more
When you wake up, write down - 'today will be good' that's it! nothing more
Sometime during the day write down -' today is good' that's it! nothing more

By these simple act's you are claiming ownership of your day, it is your day.
Don't attempt to break the day down, just acknowledge the 3 periods of your day.
Don't worry if you forget, re-start tomorrow .
