THE ANYTIME PLAN

This food plan is viewed as unique, perhaps just plain wrong by the critic's, however the plan definitely works. Be-aware of commercialism, to sell a product a need must first be created. That is Commercialism.

note - this plan is to be used WITH the Strengthening program.

The Weight Management for weight loss requires food, namely vegetables and fruit, lots of vegetables and fruit. Lots.

No Packaged/ processed foods No Man made foods except -

ANY TIME FOODS - Eggs; Seafood; Chicken

yep, to be eaten at any time; any time of the day or night.

SNACKS - Saltanas's and nuts (a snack = not heaps)

DRINKS - Coffee; Juice before 12 noon / Tea, after 12 noon , / Water all day. (2 Litres of water per day)

OILS / DRESSINGS - Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil (cold pressed is best), decent BBQ/ Tomato Sauce (read the label for sugar and salt)

Herb's / Spices are all good. (yes, salt is a spice)

SUPPLEMENTS - A decent Protein Mix / a decent Multi-Vitamin

*No tea 2 hours prior to bed, Lemon tea (lemon juice, honey & water), herbal tea's

* No dairy products, (or minimum), Soy Milk/ Almond Milk/ Coconut Milk are ok. note*(There are two main types of coconut milk. Some products remain liquid while others "cream" when refrigerated because they contain thickeners. Guam gum is the most common thickener used in coconut milk)

OK, here we go - this is a 4 days on, 1 day off; then 3 days on, 1 day off rotation plan.

There are NO meal settings as in Breakfast, lunch and so on; there are 7 meals. (seven).

1st meal, then 2nd meal 2- 3 hours after, and so on till the 7th meal, which should be timed to just prior to bed. At this time a small to medium meal including protein / boiled egg ? On the day off 'anything goes'! Have a blank sheet of paper on the fridge, write on it your 'day off' wish's. It is important the Strengthening Program is used in conjunction with the Food Plan.
